Paradox is a proven hardwired commercial alarm panel that's been trusted for 30+ years — it's a great option when budget is the priority. We'll recommend the right one after seeing your site.
Both options are available. Ajax and Paradox systems can both be self-monitored via smartphone app — you get instant alerts and can respond yourself. If you'd prefer a 24/7 monitoring centre to respond on your behalf (especially useful if you travel or have high-value premises), we can connect your system to a reputable NZ monitoring provider. This is an optional extra, not a requirement.
Yes — Ajax access control can replace or supplement traditional key locks. We install smart readers or smart locks at your entry points, and staff use key fobs, PIN codes or their smartphone to enter. You manage all access remotely from your phone — issuing, restricting and revoking access without ever cutting a key.
Ajax cameras are ideal if you're already running (or planning) an Ajax alarm — they integrate natively so cameras and alarm work as one system in one app. When the alarm triggers, cameras capture photo/video automatically. TP-Link VIGI is a standalone CCTV system that's excellent value — 4K resolution, colour night vision and a clean app — but it operates independently from any alarm system.
Most small-to-medium commercial installations are completed in a single day. Larger multi-site or complex projects may take 2–3 days. We work to minimise disruption to your business — and wherever possible, we plan work around your trading hours. We won't leave until everything is installed, tested and you're confident using the system.
Yes — while our primary focus is TP-Link VIGI and Ajax for new installs, we can service, fault-find and expand existing Dahua and Hikvision CCTV systems. If you have an existing system that needs attention or you want more cameras added, get in touch and we'll take a look.
